Staff Professional Development Week
What is professional development day?
When you drop your child off at a daycare facility, you want assurance that the care providers are capable of doing their jobs. That’s where employee professional development comes in. Setting professional development goals for early childhood educators protects the health and welfare of children by ensuring a properly trained staff. Daycare centers are subject to state licensing requirements, which include meeting specific employee education and training goals. Professional development days are often held with one primary objective: facilitating professional growth and development for our employees. It is a great way for early childhood educators to acquire new skills or refine existing ones and to promote collaboration and team building. Professional development is specialized training that is necessary for successful daycare operations
Professional development days are held once a year in July
