St Paul United Methodist Church Child Development Center (CDC) is a not-for-profit child care provider. We offer program options for children six weeks to five years of age at 2601 Colston Drive, in Chevy Chase, Maryland on a full-time and part-time basis. The Center's hours are 7:30 am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday.
Philosophy and Goals
The mission of St. Paul United Methodist Church Child Development Center objective is to provide a safe and nurturing environment for each child. It is our goal to focus on the emotional, intellectual, physical and social needs of our children at their individual levels, according to their developmental progression. We invite your child into a welcoming, happy, safe, sensory rich, active and cultural embrace environment. Where he/she cab learns and grows. Teachers facilitate learning by exposing children to a variety of experiences. Our long-term goal is to be instrumental in your child’s life as they learn self-awareness and develop confidence with their own independence. Together, with parents, we will work as a team, and always keep the children’s best interest as our highest priority.
